Waitlist and orders

Name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and (for orders) payment details - handled directly by our payment partner and never stored on our own servers.

Usage data

IP address, browser type, and general device information, collected automatically as you browse.

Account information (if introduced)

If Elaine introduces user accounts in the future, we may collect and store information such as your login credentials, saved sizes, order history, and preferences, so you don't have to re-enter them each time.

Improving Elaine
